It is dishonest and deceitful for Rich Palms to say free money no deposit bonus and you can't withdraw unless you make a deposit. There is a deposit required. For them to advertise no deposit is not honest and not truthful. I wasted a lot of time playing through thousands of dollars as required, only to find out I could not make a withdrawal of the small amount that was not deducted because I had to make a deposit and then get approved and have a playthrough on the deposit. This is not truthful. They should not be allowed to do that.

Dear Audrey,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the Bonus T&Cs and I found this:

"12.6. To request a withdrawal of a No-Deposit Welcome Bonus after wagering requirements are completed, our system requires a verification deposit of $25 (for bonuses with maximum withdrawal of $100) or in an amount equal to the difference between the maximum cashout of the bonus and the minimum withdrawal amount, which should be wagered once."

Please note that this condition is very common and a lot of casinos require at least one successful deposit before the first withdrawal is processed. I would recommend that you follow the casino's instructions if you want to withdraw your bonus winnings.
