i requested withdrawal 2 weeks ago. I finally sent the last document they required to verify my address on Saturday. All along they have been telling me it will only take 3-4 days for me to receive my bitcoin.


they insisted i make a $25 deposit and wager it through and I did do that as well.


With it being Friday I was praying they would get their act together and send my withdrawal along before now. I am exhausted from having to wait and customer support is saying maybe Monday.


I checked on the internet and see I am not the only player having to complain about the same issue.

It can take a few business days to review you documents to fully verify your account and a few more days until your withdrawal is successfully processed.

If all the data, that you have provided is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal. I would recommend you waiting for a few more days and if there is still no development in you case, we will intervene.

??? They also told me every time i make an inquiry that my case gets pushed to the bottom of the pile. I am told it takes 2-7 days to approve the withdrawal and another 24-48 hours for the bitcoin to actually make it my wallet. I am on the 8th day and withdrawal still have not been approved.
