The player from Texas had fulfilled all bonus requirements, including the $8200 playthrough, but had his withdrawal request denied, reportedly due to betting more than the maximum allowed. Despite our team's efforts to gather additional information and clarification from the player, he had failed to respond adequately. As a result, we were unable to fully investigate his case or facilitate a resolution with the online casino. The complaint was therefore rejected due to the player's lack of response.

I just signed up with them and did the 400% bonus with $8200 playthrough... I did everything like I was supposed to and sent in my withdrawal request only to be denied saying I bet more than he maximum allowed. However on the screenshot I took of my playthrough, it clearly states that the max bet is Unlimited.

Am I wrong or are they?

  • At which point have you noticed that there is a difference between the max bet in the terms and the information displayed in your account?
