Playing at this casino is like being in a very TOXIC relationship. I made several deposits here and I finally won 6600. I initiated a withdrawal. At that point, I was sent through hell to get verified. Finally after 8 days I was verified. I submitted a 2500 withdrawal request, they let that request sit there for 3 days before approving 500 and then it took them 3 days to pay that out. I submitted another 2500 withdrawal request (you can only request 2500 at a time) again I was approved for 500 and same thing, took 3 and 3. I submitted again, 2500 and 500 was approved but didn’t payout. This time, they adjusted the 500 to 300 and have not paid. I called customer service, very nice people but they’re clearly shady.


i really enjoyed playing here but at this point, I’m over this casino. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Stay away.

Could you please specify if you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Do I understand correctly that after the casino adjusted your withdrawal amount to $500, the rest of your winnings you wished to withdraw were voided? Or have they been returned to your gaming account?

When was the last time you communicated with customer support and what was it about?

Hello,


the accumulated winnings was with the bonus. All bonus requirements were met. Yes, I have reached out to customer support multiple times and receive the extract same response that many players are winning and my request is quened. I just reached out and chatted with Antony on yesterday. He advised the script that you are processing and my request is queued however when i proceeded with my questions he completely ignored me.


The funds were not voided, I was so aggravated I played the back the portion that I can’t withdraw and continue to request payout on a single 2500 in which 300 is now being approved in increments.


So no, nothing is resolved. Currently I have been waiting since 6/11 @ 10:41 for an acknowledgment of a 2200 payout and have heard nothing. No support

it’s just very frustrating. Great platform outside of this issue, nice people, but extremely slow, significantly adjusted payout approvals. I played back over half of my winnings just because of the slow process and I would like to play again. It’s not fair or right to do players this way. As you asked, why does the system allow players to request 2500 only for the casino’s banking department to approve 500 or less. The point I raised to the casino was that it shouldn’t matter if this is my 1st time or 50th time playing here, that shouldn’t determine whether I can get the max payout or not. I won. There’s no limitations to how much I can spend based on my rank so there shouldn’t be limitations on my payout based on rank. Unreal

I’ve played back half of my Winnings. I guess this allowed me to get status. So I then requested a payout of 1300.00 which surprisingly was approved today. Let’s see if I actually get this payout. Will update once payment is released from the casino.
