Dear Tim,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have checked general terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://reddogcasino.com/en/terms/:

"All payouts from Red Dog Casino are limited to $2,500 per transaction. This limit can be adjusted by the Casino, according to the Customer Level, or as per a mutual agreement with the Customer’s VIP host."

Did you receive any explanation why your winnings have been split into installments? Which payment method you have opted for? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without active bonus? Could you please forward any relevant communication between you and the casino? My email address is petronela.k@casino.guru. I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Petronela

I would like to ask Red Dog Casino to join us and help us resolve the player's issue. Is there any way to help the player to withdraw his money faster?

Dear Tim,

Having checked your inquiry, I have been informed that the latest payout request has been submitted in amount of $300 and approved in full. In order to receive the payout in full - please submit the request for the desired amount for it to be approved by the Billing Department.

Dear Tim,

Each customer is provided with a personalized payout plan according to the particular payout request. Therefore, all the payments are being distributed in consecutive units. Should player be interested in review of the payment plan, they are welcome to voice out their preference to the Billing Department for necessary adjustments to be implemented. As client's inquiry has been recently raised, I've been informed that the latest requests have been processed in full.

Regards,
