Now im done with it f**k rant casino dont play it its a scam

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

No every day they tell me something else. now the sended me a mail after 1 week, I wanted to send my bill of proof again with their email I just had 15 min haha i was to

I can’t get in and my money is gone I did nothing wrong I now the policy for gambling but I was loosing for months no one was asking me for something now I had one suddenly I need papers oké that’s no problem but the way the do it is really … up cause they won’t communicate with you. When we request documentation it has to be completely correct so that can mean we need to ask for more that match our records/clearer copies and so on. It's not us trying to delay you nor is that in our interest. We are players ourselves and understand it can be annoying but it's the current licensing and AML rules that we have to operate under.

i know the reason why cause I said something wat I should not have said when I was emotionally confused where not talking about 100 dollars we are talking about 2000 and I apologized about my bad attitude I played several casino I never had trouble this was first time I had some difficulties about the kyc. Happy that everything is solved not happy that I’m blocked I hope they will understand that is was not my meaning to harm rant casino I hope this is a lesson for us all make sure the casino players don’t have to worry about a thing while playing so recommend a players link for kyc on the site so when they go to their account the immediately can proceed with their kyc with a green light behind it when it’s aproved
