In Raja bet app when I asked them to withdraw the my winning money they said to do verification before withdrawal request so I uploaded the required documents forRajabets to do KYC verification. It has been 2 days and still, the status is waiting. I expect you to intervene and please check this. Every time I ask the support team, they keep on saying it's in a queue. They are not allowing me to withdraw my winning money only . Also, I am not sure how long Rajabets usually takes to verify the documents and please please help me with this.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?

Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

ok so rajabets asked me to submit 3 things.

1) My national ID front side

2) My national ID back side

3) A Selfie of myself with my ID and a paper on which date should be written.


And I submitted all three documents

1) My aadhar card front side

2) My aadhar card back side

3) Selfie of me with aadhar card and paper


and when a day passed and they did not verify it I also send a selfie of me with my Pan Card and date written on paper.


even after all this One more day passed and it still shows waiting.

I can also send you the documents I uploaded please send me your mail.


Veronika, I request you to please invite rajabets on this conversation and tell them to verify my KYC so that I can withdraw my funds ASAP

Now they have verified my ID but banned me from all the promotions, without any reason.

And on top they are not giving any specific reason for same.
