The player from India had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn't been received yet at that time. The player initially suspected a KYC issue, but later confirmed that the casino had approved the payment and provided a UTR number for tracking. The casino had requested the player to wait an additional 24 hours and contact his bank if the payment was not received. Eventually, the player confirmed receipt of the payment and expressed gratitude for the support received. The issue was then marked as 'resolved' by our team.

I made a Withdraw of 10000 on 14 of October, at first it showed Waiting now it showing process for 2 days that is Saturday and Sunday. Now they told me to wait 2 more days to money to be credited in my Bank account. Should I just wait . Is it fair.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I dont think it is KYC problem as withdraw was processing and today at 2 -3 Pm it show in website that payment is approved they are providing me UTR no. To check it by my myself, but I haven't received my money, I have also sent them my latest bank update from 14 of October to 17 of SBI. I am very confused right now.

Now they are telling me to wait 24 hours more if not received, contact my bank by myself, it is not fair well they are the sender they should be responsible it. I have screenshots of all details.
