The player had won this amount through a no-deposit bonus, but had not completed the KYC verification nor made any deposits in the casino. After reviewing the casino's terms and conditions, we found that players from Austria were required to make a deposit before they could cash out winnings from a no-deposit bonus. Despite explaining this to the player, he remained dissatisfied, refusing to make a deposit and accusing the casino of finding loopholes not to pay him. We had thus concluded that we could not assist the player any further and had rejected the complaint.
