I requested a withdrawal on 12/5/23 and received an email that it would be processed, however I have yet to receive my winnings. I confirmed with a specialist on chat that I had completed any and all play through requirements. I have also emailed them several times asking about a status update and I receive a reply with a case number but that is all. There has been no movement on the withdrawal request and I have not made any additional bets on the site since the win, just to ensure I don’t mess up any rules or regulations. Please help. Hello, I have not made any successful withdrawals at Raging Bull as this is my first request. I have, however, made a few with other casinos through the Inclave / RTG network.


They show my proof of identification as valid and "approved" on the site. I have asked if they required any further documentation from me, however they do not respond with any information.


yes, I gained my winnings with a bonus and was told that my play through requirements had been met. I have been offered free spins and cash back since my withdrawal request, but I have not played any of those as I didn’t want to nullify my winnings.

I contacted them once again the other day via chat. The withdrawal has finally been approved. I have not yet received the funds to my wallet, but hopefully it is forthcoming in a timely manner, unlike the initial request. Thank you!
