This is not my first withdrawal from this casino, but by far the longest wait time the $980 was won on November 10, approved on November 24 and of today December 26 I have not received my winning withdrawals in my account, I also have several other winnings.. November 18, $1037, approved December 3 .. $795 won November 29 approved December 11, and another winnings $2057 won December 2, approved December 17, so far.. this casino also changed my player status from VIP 2 to expert Master?? I play with same odds as everyone else.. not my emails go unanswered and no one is responding to me like before... confuse and frustrated...

I can only use wire withdrawal method, it's the only one available, and I have used this method before, without this longer delay.

Hey all,


We have payments that went out to our 3rd party on the 17th, 21st, and 27th of December as well as an additional payment yesterday (the 4th of January). We're looking great here from what I can tell. Shouldn't be long at all before this is all sewed up I'd say.
