However, the player did not confirm the receipt of the second payment. The complaint got rejected due to the player's lack of response.

I had a bonus. No playthrough requirement. Initiated a withdrawal on 3/15/24. It said 5 business days. It is 8 business days later and no withdrawal. I have contacted them thru a chat numerous times to make sure I didn't need to provide any additional info. I was told I was fully verified. On day 8 I reached out thru chat to see when the withdrawal would be processed. They asked for my wallet address. I wasn't sure why. I put my bitcoin wallet address in at the time of the withdrawal. Then they say I cant use VENMO but I can use every other wallet besides the ones I have. Then they said they cant do a bank wire transfer to me because I use a credit union but they need ALL my bank account info even though I am doing a bitcoin withdrawal?? I have never been able to get them to complete a withdrawal. I was told before I couldn't withdrawal via bitcoin because I didn't deposit that way so I started using bitcoin to make deposits so I could use that option to withdrawal. This place is just putting up hurdles to avoid paying. They take my money, no matter where it comes from. I don't feel comfortable sending someone all my bank account information when they are not trustworthy but they know that, that's why they do it. They never reached out to me, I had to reach out to them. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have since read that they do this to a lot of people and always find some reason to delay or avoid paying out. I asked for a number so I could talk to someone, that's not an option. I asked for a supervisor, that's not an option. Someone has to do something!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

I understand waiting. What they are telling me unless I provide all my bank account info they cant process my withdrawal. Again, I reached out on day 8 when they quote 5-7 days. If I am fully verified and making a bitcoin withdrawal to my bitcoin wallet. Why do they need my banking info. Then they told me I cant have the money go to my Venmo, Bitcoin wallet. It had to be cash app or coin base? I have BITPAY and they said no, makes no sense. I can make deposits from my bitcoin, Venmo wallet but they cant process a withdrawal to it? Sounds like they do want to pay.

This is my first withdrawal. In the past, I had to just play out funds because they wouldn’t let me do a bitcoin withdrawal since I hadn’t made a deposit that way and wouldn’t let me do a wire transfer because I use a credit union. I now use bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals. I did get a person last week thru the chat who seemed to want to help but I made my withdrawal on 3/14 my time but it’s dated for 3/15 and I haven’t received anything. One of my pending withdrawals is gone and has been for over a week but no $$ in my bitcoin wallet. They keep asking me for my bitcoin address when I use the chat. He wanted the exact one I used when I initially made with request. I don’t understand why. I submit a bitcoin address when I cash out. I don’t know what the wallet address is, there’s no way to see prior address and change every time. They only allow a max $2500 bitcoin request at a time which is odd to me. Then only process them every 7 days?? Other sites I use process withdrawals immediately. This seems excessive. I will attach screenshots below.

Just wanted to provide an update. As of 4/10/24. Still no funds sent. Both my withdrawals have been approved as of 3/29 but no funds received. Zero communication from the casino. I had to reach out to them every step of the way to even got the withdrawals approved. I am given the same generic response when I do a chat. Nobody can tell me when the funds will be sent. This casino is an absolute joke! It has been almost a month? How can they justify taking this long to process a withdrawal?

I initiated this withdrawal on 3/15 for $5k I have received $2500 and a whole lot of excuses and generic responses. It is now 4/18 and I am waiting on a withdrawal that was approved on 3/29/24. I have checked in with them on the status and still keep getting generic responses. Now they say they wont process my withdrawal for 7-10 business days after my last withdrawal which was on 4/11. If it was approved 3/29 it should of been paid before 4/11. I just don't understand how or why they operate this way. They can take our money instantly but definitely do not want to pay out. I use multiple sites and have never, ever experienced anything like this, blows my mind.

Standard Bitcoin is a manual process and can take some time depending on volumes for manual withdrawals, I do apologize for the wait however.
