This player from Indiana had experienced a delayed withdrawal of $600 that had been made on November 25th after three $20 deposits. The player had not made any withdrawals from the casino before and had deposited and withdrawn in Bitcoin. After 20 business days of waiting and no approval of the withdrawal, the player had contacted us. We had engaged with the casino representative who confirmed all was in place for the payment to be released. The player later confirmed receipt of the withdrawal. The issue had been successfully resolved.

I withdraweled on November 25th at 3:55 pm 600.00 I deposited 3 times that day 20.00 dollars each time never playing bonus ever but it would come up 27.00 as deposit then free 15.00 when I was done depositing but I don't play bonuses and never tried to so I don't know why it did that on my third twenty dollar deposit I had won decided to withdrawel 600.00 dollars never received it never been approved been given nothing but run around by chat I emailed support for raging bull just receive email saying they received my complaint would be back to me with in less 72 hours nothing no email been treated like nothing by chat told waiting on finance team they are very rude even told me one time to not contact back about my withdrawel for 48 to 72 hours it's so rude they can take your deposit and not pay withdrawel it's rudest thing I've ever seen they should be shut down

Yes I deposited in Bitcoin withdraweled in Bitcoin no I never withdraweled from there before I have deposited a couple more times before that day though not much though

Yeah I just having trouble getting paid it's been 20 business days untill I contacted you guys I hadn't even approved I deposited at raging bull casino I don't play bonuses ever I deposited 20 3 times that day November 25 the 2023 20 Bitcoin all three times it would show up on my balance as 27 dollars didn't play bonus I won about 700 dollars decided to with drawel 600 on the last twenty I deposited the people at casino had me send in copy of my ID to a website when you touch on it up loads you driver license that all I needed to do the chat live chat at the casino the people that are supposed to be helping or chatting with you are paid to give people run around one told me not to even check back with my withdrawel for nother 72 hours so I could tell there was a problem so I started googling it reliazed the ad this Casino has on website fast withdrawals we believe your money is your money safe to deposit with us fast withdrawals something like that was all a lie so I kept noticing when I looked up withdrawel and why isn't paying your website kept popping up the first night I made complaint with you guys it had been like 14 days business days since I withdraweled never even had been approved or nothing November 25th 2023 3:55 pm Date of withdrawal the night I made a complaint with your casino guru it was like couple hours later my withdrawel was approved now I'm just waiting on the money it's been like 6 business days since it got approved it's been twenty business days total still haven't got my withdrawel they don't follow there own terms condtions They truly are rude the way the treat people haven't respect and the way they all say the exact same thing to you when asking about your money wondering why they took yours and can't even keep there own terms conditions is not right I payed more money to buy Bitcoin to get paid faster even I don't understand thanks so much for your help
