Withdrawal requested 8th July and approved by Casino on 20th July. Bank account verification confirmed. Emails to their support or accounts area about the issue are never responded to. Was advised by multiple live chat agents to wait one more week, or wait till end of week, or just continue waiting longer. Even as their noted withdrawal timeframes have lapsed yet still no payment. Obviously no one takes ownership to resolve the matter, a clear breach of their own terms. Do I wait a few more weeks, months maybe? At what point does this become a legal matter? Definitely worst casino experience I've had.
