My withdrawal was denied after I have sent through all my details and they have nothing to say other then saying that I have played games I shouldn't have been which is really not a good explanation

I have sent through everything and they have said that my account has been verified and they keep telling me 3 days I will get Payed and than they say 7 days

I looked into this for you last week and the withdrawal was only denied due to an incorrect SWIFT code on the bank documents you submitted. I had one of my team reach out to you to correct that, thanks so much for your cooperation.
Once it was complete I had your withdrawal requests reviewed and approved. I was even able to get the payment sent out shortly after and you should be seeing that cash hit your bank account in the next 3-10 business days.
