As a result, the complaint was rejected due to insufficient communication from the player.

Made a deposit with a no rules bonus. Played thr won big . Wanted to play tournaments was told needed to deposit. Even tho I had a positive balance of at one point $4,000 . So what ever made a 30 dollar deposit. To enter a paid tournaments. Won them played more . I played well over 10,000 dollars in the casino. Keeping a positive balance above 3000 the whole time . Figured I should cash out some . Then they said my card didn't count. Because it don't have my name on it . It is a joint account card . I had permission because it's my money on the card . So what ever tried to use the other card. To find out it got cancelled right after I made a deposit to them . And I can't access or use that card no more . Ever for anything . I was never able to request a withdrawal. I have won from them before but they claim not to have that on record . I have used BTC for withdrawal but that's not an option neither . Was just told that . Here is my last conversation I just had that made me decide to complain. I guess I can't upload the chat .

They have told me since I entered tournaments. Paid tournaments even . That regardless voided the winnings. Was denied my 1st attempt to verify my self
