The player from the United States had won over $7000 with a free chip at Raging Bull online casino, but his winnings were removed without a clear explanation. Despite repeated winnings and meeting all requirements, he had been unable to withdraw any funds. Upon investigation, it was found that the casino's terms and conditions only allowed one free chip to be valid between cash deposits. As the player had no history of cash deposits and used multiple free chips consecutively, his winnings were not valid for withdrawal as per the casino's rules. Consequently, the complaint was rejected as the player was found to have breached the casino's terms and conditions.

I was playing with a free chip from raging bull and won 7000+ they took it and obviously didn't tell me when they was cashing me out and I spent the winnings back and missed the jackpot. The jackpot never went back either. They kept it. A few days later same exact thing I won't about 4000 and took it lost the 100 I won. Fine. I didn't care. They sent me another chip and I won again. 100 was met and out of no where they took it to after I tried to withdraw it. Now that's over 11000 in like a week they took after I busted my ass to meet the requirements. I deposit plenty on these casinos and if they are sending me stuff to come to them and I do they should not be able to just keep taking the winnings I got, technically I won 3-400. Cuz of max cashout but got 0. After 100000 play through and Over 11000 in winnings I walked away with 0 I'm blown away at how shallow they make u feel for winning.

3.Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit Bonus is 1 times the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of $50. All free chips valued below $50 will come with a cashout limit of no more than, nor less than, $50.

Well yea since I met the requirements I should separately be paid my winnings. And since everyone can play the same game how is it ok that they keep the jackpot winnings when someone who won it gets ripped of for the hard work put in. Its hard to take 100 and wager 10000 and I did it multiple times with there free chip. I'm sorry if they don't like how I have not deposited with them as much as others but I pay mine forward. If I play a free chip I should get paid when I get done nit be shook until I have no words to say to the other end of my computer cuz my voice means nothing they just cut u off and move on.

Thanks Veronica thanks Team casino guru If I win or lose. I want to say. Casino guru is awesome. This at least gives me a word in the world of online casinos when I feel like I am alone and being bullied around. I put alot of my money on the line and I don't like to just win its to be fun and relaxing. Not a fight at the end of a free chip that I'm sent anyway.

I have reviewed your account and what you have experienced scottmillsgettinit is called a "coupon reversal". Most bonuses come with a playthrough requirement, a certain amount of play that must be completed before the playable balance is eligible for withdrawal. Once this requirement has been completed the system (in most cases) automatically removes all funds that are non-cashable (over the maximum withdrawal limit) in preparation for withdrawal, there was a $100 maximum cashout value on both of the chips in question. The coupon reversals you experienced were on the 3rd and 5th consecutive free chips respectively. It is worth noting that only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. Your account has no history of cash deposit, also worth noting is that anything after the first free chip would not have been valid for withdrawal per the terms and conditions of the casino.
