I started playing with a no deposit free bonus then I had to deposit $10 to get to withdraw my winnings that I won $100 on one so I deposited my $10 I had $110 in my account then I took $100 and withdrew and left $10 in there to continue playing one $375 some odd dollars right at $400 and then went to withdrawal 300 is what I withdraw and then they canceled my withdrawal and took the other $140 I had left in my account just took it took it all and won't give me my money back I haven't gave me my deposit back and it gave me my winnings

No there is no money left in my account they stole it all i only used one bonus to win the first 100 then you have to deposit 10 to verify your wallet so i did then i withdrew 100 amd left 10 dollar in my account to keep playing and that why they said they took my winning because i wasnt allowed to leave the ten i was supposed go withdrawal that to they just stole the money i deposited plus 400 dollars i won from them this casino and the people work there are thefts

Ok now ive calmed down a lil bit this is what happened I had free spins I used and I won like $245 and you have a playthrough you have to play through so I played through the ridiculous amount of playthrough got through it and they took all my money except for $100 which is what they're supposed to do and then you have to deposit $10 to verify your wallet so you can get your money we drew 100 and left 10 dollars in there to keep playing when $300 and went to withdraw it left $10 in there to keep playing one another $145 and then when I signed out for a little while got back in all my money was taken and they told me it was because I wasn't allowed to leave the $10 in there and keep playing I must draw it too but it says nowhere in there rules and regulations are policies that I'm not allowed to leave that ten dollars in there and keep playing they weren't supposed to be in my account taking money anyway they done took their money from me in the beginning when I won the first time now heres whats funny they said it was because i wasnt allowed to leave the 10 i deposited and they took lil over 445 dollars but they left the original 100 from the first time i won i have the transcript from the conversation me amd support had they stole my money and they didnt even give me my money i deposited back

Ok let me explain this I know what they are trying to say but I didn't use multiple bonuss back to back and even if I did by the way I didn't but if I did use them wouldnt they took my 100 I won and not the 300 I won from my deposit of 10 dollars they left the original withdraw request alone an took my deposit an my winnings from my deposit these people are low down criminals they operating without a license and all they're doing is stealing money from people left and right and getting away with it these people stole money out of my account because I want took my deposit and the money I want and left the original $100 that I won from the bonus spins and took my deposit and my $300 that I want from my deposit took it from me plus another $145 they took out of my account that was still left in my account but left $100 withdrawal from the bonus fans I want so it ain't no multiple bonuses I've used it's a simple fact they stole money from you trying to cover this s*** up

I had a chance to review the situation and per the terms and conditions of the casino only one free chip is allowed between cash deposit/play sessions. In this case I did not count them all but the consecutive free chips consisted of several pages on the player sheet with no deposits until the account confirmation deposit after the win which has been refunded, unfortunately in this case there is little I can do to assist.


Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.

He's trying to say that I use multiple bonuses back to back which I didn't I use bonuses but I used them a month apart they shouldn't send bonuses if they can't flippin I don't know that's crazy how you going to give somebody a bonus and then when they use it to him oh you can't use that they took 400 and some dollars from me but they didn't take the $100 that I won from the flippin bonus make that make sense the $400 I want for my deposit they took but the $100 that I won from the bonus that they saying I used too many of they didn't take it they make it make sense they're a lying thieving ass casino tell them I'll see their theiving ass in court then

As seen in the previously supplied documentation the winning funds were from a $100 maximum cashout free chip, the deposit itself was a mandatory account confirmation deposit subject to refund on approval of the requested withdrawal, this was refunded automatically upon review (and denial) of the requested withdrawal. All funds in play were the result of multiple consecutive free chips and not eligible for withdrawal per the terms and conditions of the casino.
