I deposited $60 I can't remember the exact date and claimed they no real bonus after doing so I done four withdrawals from that one bonus and was waiting on the last one everything had already been verified from the previous four withdrawals which was 97 dollars $197 $1,000 and then $2,000 I'm now waiting on a $500 withdrawal which is the last from that bonus I have conversations downloaded any evidence that you need I think I probably have the representatives on the live chat kept giving me the running around lying to me jerking me around I filed for the withdrawal on May 16th. A woman by the name of Lindsey Morgan a VIP account manager worked with me last night until we got it straightened out and told me I would hear something by 4:00 today or I should have my money by 4:00 but I would hear from Jessica So as in the morning and that I should have my money by 4:00 which was today anything y'all could do to help me I would appreciate it because I woke up this morning and I can't even log into my account anymore. I have plenty of the chat conversations downloaded where they were jerking me around giving me the runaround until that nice lady Lindsey Morgan help me last night get stuff straightened out and then I woke up this morning and my account's been blocked or I don't know

I started playing on that casino site I think it was in March and the only way I need to contact support customer support was through email and I have done it I've emailed them probably three or four times and got no response back also when they bought my account I told you I was waiting on a $500 withdrawal but I also had $106 on my account left that I had been using to play on anything y'all can do to help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Every withdrawal went smoothly up until this one every bit of this money was worn off of one bonus every bit of it and there is also a $106 on my account that belongs to me not from free spins or no deposit bonus none of this money belongs to any of that I would like to get it too. Anything you can do to help me retrieve this is greatly appreciated and also I don't know if you were aware I uploaded some stuff when I first filed the complaint and the last conversation I uploaded where the VIP account manager told me that everything was fine and that I should have my money the next evening by 4:00 and it was that next morning when I woke up and my account was blocked.

As mentioned the first several withdrawals went through with no issues, however when supporting documentation was requested to verify the account the player was unable to provide the necessary information to verify the account and the account was closed.
