The player from California has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
OK I made a $50 deposit, it was for a 100% no rules bonus. It turned out they wanted 10× playthrough but that's another story. I had a good night on 2 different games went way past the playthrough that they unfairly put on my money and requested a withdrawal for 295. The next day I checked on it was pending so I thought there was no problem as this was my first withdrawal then came back and checked on it on 8/1/22 and it wasn't pending anymore just gone. I asked about it and support asked me to send a screens hot of my bank statement showing where the deposit was takin out . And put my winnings back in my account for me to withdrawal again. I made the withdrawal again and emailed them explaining that I didn't see a withdrawal from them on my bank statement. The next day 8/2/22 I go back to there website, look for my withdrawal it's not there again. So I look at transactions and it says manager approved. When the money doesn't come I again ask support why. Apparently they designate the term manager approved to cue the fact that it's denied. Seriously that's what they said. Even though it says denied on my transactions the day before. Anyway they cheated me void the winnings because they never took the money out of my account. The money that's still in there. they cheated. Had I lost they would have takin it out and not voided it. They are despicable. Liars and cheaters.

OK, they approved a deposit. I played with said approved deposit, and won. When I tried to withdrawal they said it was void because they never took the deposit out of my bank account.
