Two withdrawals are currently pending, one was cancelled according to Rabona because the payment service provider had technical problems.
In the customer chat I was not provided with any information about the payment service provider and was told to use an up-to-date browser and delete cookies, which is complete nonsense.
Rabona has played this game with me before. The account was restricted (maximum stake per bet of €1.00) because too much was won.
There are currently more funds in the account than the requested withdrawals.
