Returned to play here after many years and the casino has made some positive improvements. Was most amazed with the withdraw timing, took like 1-2 min most of the time for funds to transfer.

It has the most easy responsible gambling design i have seen, i can follow all my limits, lose/win ratio etc. with ease.

Some games won't load or error out, but that's about 1 out of 20 games. Some slots providers only have few slots.

A decent casino. Took the no-deposit bonus spins and was nice to wager them playing the casino games. I took the bonus on 200 FS on BlackGold and i won in the end over 900 eur and the amount to wager was over 20k in couple days, that's absurd, they just want u to deposit hundreds and fail the wager in the end. Could have made it so that the money wagered goes into balance in incrementals, then it would be fair game.

Took casino to approved withdrawal within 24h, but either they use economical transfer or dunno, the funds came 2-3 days later after approval.
Chat support made me wait 30 min for simple question, was not even in line, the operator just disappeared for 30 min after saying "hi".

* High wager amount, 200x ( or less,depending on the bonus) is pretty high if comparing other websites, it's a hit or miss, if ur lucky can wager it, but the good thing about the wager here is that as the play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from your bonus balance to your cash balance in increments of $10;
* Zero responsible gambling options. They just don't want you to quit or "cool-off" even closing and opening account takes minutes with the bot, what's the point. Even simple things like reversing a withdrawals that takes days to complete is possible, and they know this works.
I'm still a returning customer here at CR, hope they fix the issues in time, because there is potential.

A returning player. Had a bad experience in the past with many things, like hanging deposits, slow loading etc.
Now, almost a year later the site fixed these issues and it work all right. Gotta say, it still has the biggest selection of slot providers i have seen, and that's also mainly the only reason i play here. Other than that, it feels more like a betting casino than just slots casino.
Edit: After couple months casino removed my fav deposit method, the one that really worked and was fast, chat was not helpful at all, so i quit playing here. SpinBetter is a good alternative, because both sites seem identical.
