With all my respect, in my 10 years of casino gambling i have never witnessed a casino like this one. I gave it a try and was beyond disapointed. I really am not mad, but there is literally nothing positive to find here. If you dont want to burn your money and braincells, you look elsewhere for a casino. Trust me.

We would like to clarify on the Withdrawal process - when a player submits a withdrawal request, all funds stay in the player's wallet until the withdrawal request begins processing. Funds remain available to player to continue playing should they chose to do so.

Once we start processing the request, funds are removed from the player wallet - if the withdrawal is approved, funds are transferred via the chose with method. If the withdrawal is declined then funds are returned to the player's wallet.

For first-time depositors withdrawals may take a little longer, as we may request ID and proof of address documentation, as required by our payment providers.

Support wont/cant help you at all. Lowest RTP in the market. To close your account, they want you to KYC. Unbeleavable, never witnessed something like that. I do NOT recommend to play here. Trust me.

Tested the casino and i do not recommend to play here. There is no live chat at all. They are never available. The website is lagging 24/7. Games are lagging too. And the worst of all is the RTP. It is until now one of the lowest RTP i have ever witnessed. There are plenty of games with 94% rtp, meanwhile there are plenty of other casinos with around 96,50% - 97% RTP. Which means that its actually the biggest mistake to play here.

I do not recommend playing in this Casino. It will do everything to not pay you out. You are not able to withdraw without getting verified. I uploaded the documents and waited 3 days, and still i didnt get verified. When i went to the chat, they said one document is missing. So they let me 3 days waiting without telling me that something is missing. Even after i uploaded the missing document, my account didnt get verified. I instantly closed my account here.
