I strongly advise against using Zolobet.pro. I requested a withdrawal and still haven't received my funds. KYC was conducted and approved. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, I’ve received no clear answers or resolution. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding payouts. This is a huge red flag for any online casino. Until they resolve this issue and pay out what's owed, I consider Zolobet.pro a non-paying and untrustworthy platform. Proceed with extreme caution. I will edit the review and provide an update once this is resolved.

At first I requested a withdrawal, the amount was 170 euros. But my withdrawal was rejected, I was asked to go through KYC. After four days my verification was approved. I requested a withdrawal again, after three hours I decided to log in to my account, but my account was blocked. They blocked my account without any warning or explanation. Nothing came to the mail, the support service does not get in touch. In a word, this is a disgusting casino, some kind of scammers.

Unless you can afford to throw your money away, I’d strongly recommend staying clear of this casino, which I believe operates as a rogue site. While it might seem odd to call a brand-new casino rogue, there are just too many red flags here to ignore. I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their money.

First, the site suffers from severe lag issues. This is especially frustrating for players who prefer to stop the reels manually rather than wait for them to stop on their own. There’s a noticeable delay—around three seconds—from when you hit "stop" to when the reels actually respond. This makes gameplay incredibly frustrating and unresponsive.

They also claim to offer 24/7 live chat support, but in my experience, this is far from true. I’ve tried contacting them a dozen times, and each time I received the same automated message: "We’re too busy right now. Please send us an email." For a casino claiming 24/7 support, this is unacceptable.

Another glaring issue is their game library. Despite launching only a month ago, the casino lists older games like "Thunderstruck II" and "Immortal Romance" as Microgaming slots. This doesn’t align with the fact that Games Global acquired Microgaming’s slot portfolio back in 2022. Most new casinos correctly list these games under Games Global, raising serious doubts about how this site is operating.
