An Indian player had received a $10 free bet for the Australian Open from Powerplay Casino, but its equivalent in INR had been inaccurately processed. He had won the bet, but his winnings were not correctly translated into INR, resulting in significantly lower returns. However, as the bet had already been placed and the bonus utilized, we couldn't assist in requesting the casino to void the winnings and issue a new bonus. Additionally, as it was a free bonus and no real money had been invested, and our scope didn't cover issues related to sports betting, we had to reject the complaint.

Hi i have account on powerplay casino so I received an email from powerplay casino regarding i received $10 free bet for Australian open but my account currency is in INR . The equivalent of $10 = INR 829. But when I opened my account proceed with bet to place with free bet on Australian open on combo bet . My free bet was just INR 10 for Australian open which is absurd . They forgot to give equivalent of $10. I won my free bet and i received just INR 20.80 which should be equivalent of $20.80 which inr 1700 approx .. they scammed me . I talked with agent that inr 10 means 10 cent in USD. Where my free bet supposed to be $10 or equivalent.

Once i place bet I didn't know it's inr 10 showing once it was placed i went to check bet history it was showing inr 10 .. they haven't changed the equivalent amount of $10 in INR which is supposed to changed by casino website.

Now they are saying $10 is equal to INR 10 .. which is absurd and insane . Same type of things happened with other casino earlier in past they adjust with equivalent currency value . But they are not doing anything instead giving lame reason thing .

They are saying $10 is equal value to INR 10 .


INR 10 is equal to $0.10 cent .

They email for $10 free bet but given me the value of 0.10 cent ... Which is unbelievable and unfair .

However, now that the bonus has been utilized, it is beyond our capability to request the casino to void your winnings with the incorrect currency and issue a new bonus. In the future, if you encounter similar issues, please refrain from using the bonus and promptly reach out to the casino for assistance.
