The player's unable to withdraw his money from his closed account. The complaint was rejected as the player did not respond to us.
Two and a half months with a thousand dollar refund that never came to the account set.
I asked for the cancellation of the refund and it took a month, when they credited it to my balance, I deactivated the account. I have been sending all the documentation that they have requested for 12 days and I have no response. I even think they scammed me and I can't use my thousand dollars today.
I have sent everything by mail and I have uploaded it on their site, and they tell me to do it again. I have done it 4 times and I have been 12 days without a single response and my account has not been able to use my money. I feel cheated

Have you completed KYC verification earlier? Also please note, that verification process may take up much longer time, specially when it's a higher amount of money.
