The player from United Kingdom had her account blocked without further explanation shortly after placing first deposit. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited £20 which did not show up on my balance so I entered live chat to find out why, after being asked questions by one customer support person I was passed to another who not only asked the same questions but wanted more personal information which I did not think was relevant, I said that if the money did not show in my balance I would be closing my account and making a complaint. After checking balance again my deposit had been credited but in the middle of a game I was booted from site and my account was locked, they have not refunded my balance either.
