The player from Texas was unable to withdraw his winnings. The casino insisted they had sent the funds to a bitcoin address, but the player claimed it was not the correct address and did not belong to him. After a series of questions, it was established that the player had personally entered the Bitcoin addresses for both withdrawal requests. We concluded that the player likely made an error when inputting the address for the first withdrawal. The complaint was therefore rejected due to the possible player's error.

I have not received my funds and they are insisting that they sent the funds but I have not received.... I provided with the proper bitcoin address and my information they requested... The address they are providing me is not the correct one and tht address does not belong to me...

No this is the first time I have withdrawal from... But I also have another withdrawal in the processes at the moment from the same casino would tht affect anything...

Did you manually enter the Bitcoin address when requesting the withdrawal? Did you personally request the second withdrawal? What about the first one? Could you please post a screenshot of your withdrawal history here in this thread?

Well, I am sorry, but if you were the one requesting both withdrawals and entering the address, you most likely made a mistake and there is nothing we can do in such cases. I am sure you are aware that it would be very difficult to prove that it wasn't you who requested the withdrawal. Since the casino has no license, I am not able to offer you any further steps to resolve this issue.
