I Depozit my money on Playamo casino every few days but I received always mine free spins after few days when Input Depozit. This day I win free spins 5..20€, and I need to wager that Amount 50 X. I do that and coninue Play and win 1150 € and I was put that mine for cashout. After I received e-mail that my cashout is canceled becouse is amount what I wager in free spins Is 50€. This is not true Because I ask before about that and customer support tell me different sorry, when I wager 50x amont other is mine. This money gone I dont no where, is not on my account. Ok I Play more few days on that casino and after few days again I received mine free spins 8 € I wager that amount 50 x and I won 50 € . Ok now I stop becouse I know what happened last time. I put 50 € for cashout and now is problem can’t pay me in my visa account from where take my money all the time. This casino is joke.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that most bonuses such as free spins or free bonus money have some maximum limit of winnings, that can be withdrawn. I checked the General Bonus T&Cs and I found this:

„The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a nodeposit bonus is 50 EUR, 50 USD, 500 NOK, 75 CAD, 75 AUD, 200 PLN, 75 NZD, 750 ZAR, 1,200 CZK, 6,000 JPY, 17 500 HUF."

Also, I would like to point out, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence.

hello Kristina,

that what you found the maximum is 50 € on free spins without a deposit, this was probably added to the rules. because I had that problem before this so they explained to me that if I can't pay anything nothing will even be seen in your balance before wager my bonus. all after 100% wager bonus always write in your balance how much as you have for cashout. that's how it was, I'll take a picture of all the depozit from before my bonus, he just never gave anything, and now it's a problem. because I never, just never got free spins in the same timr when I put the deposit, always be it for a couple of days to give it. So I got those free spins only thanks to my deposits a few days earlier. Believe me they don't give lightly free spins if you haven't made deposits like crazy. But I also have proof of that, so I will send it to you. I did not shortly with them and I had normal payments before on my visa account. but now the problem is probably again that I got win on free spins, but I stopped at 50 €, I'm not crazy to continue because they would make money again. And now I supposedly need to buy some e Wallet, bitcoins. Make a deposit first with that so that they pay me € 50 on it. ahahah according to their story I should now spend 100-200 € for them to pay me 50. Yes and it all started when I wanted to close the account. They dont have an option where you can close your account like all normal Casinos. you have to correspond with a vip manager who promises you madness win if you Stay with them. And that casino all the time change same rules. I dont know which player reed every day some new rules. You can check on Playamo page for rules last date some change before few days. Every few days This casino something change that dont need to pay you. I think that everithing is clear when dont give you 50 €, how than give you 50000€ if you win?

New Message I have from Playamo support. Like my bank have isued vith visa not Playamo 🙂. I aks for some evidence that show me that problem with my bank but don have of course. Unfortunately, if the payment method you would prefet is not working in the casino, you should use a new method. Also it is very common that you have to make a deposit first with the new payment method before making a withdrawal method. All I can recommend you is to make that payment so you will be able to withdraw your money. Please let us know how did you decide.

Unfortunately, if the winnings were generated from free spins, even if they were credited later and not after deposit, there isn't any possible way to receive your full winnings. Also to withdrawal your real balance you have to do what I mentioned in my previous post and verify your payment method.
