The KYC process is absolutely stupid. First we are told to deliver these. When I deliver and try to send home, I get an email asking me to send these. I became aware of this casino here. Since the very negative ratings of other players unsettle me, but I always get my own picture first, I thought to myself, before I even deposit and play, I'll verify my account in advance and what can I say, I can't answer the complaints here regarding absolutely agree with the verification process. Uploaded 3 documents as proof of address in PDF, which are rejected on the grounds that it is a screenshot. I can confirm that this casino systematically delays verification. I also uploaded a bank statement, my address is there too, every other casino accepts these documents directly. If it starts to be so problematic with the verification, I don't want to know how problematic it becomes when it comes to a payout. I wrote to the casino that I don't want to pay out, just verify my account in advance due to many complaints and negative reviews here because I just want to protect myself at a casino with such a bad reputation.

I can only support the previous reviews. Jupicasino is a rip-off place before the Lord. Of course, it is my own fault that I gambled away my deposit and previous winnings, but Jupi Casino does everything it can to allow enough time for this to happen. I had to submit 9 documents of all kinds and the account is still not verified. These documents are not requested all at once, but repeatedly, so that the process easily takes a month. Not requiring that you take a selfie of how to juggle cartwheels is all. Payouts of a maximum of EUR 500 every few weeks say it all. The fact that every e-mail states that Jupi Casino may request additional documents at any time is to be understood more as an announcement than as a one-off notice.

There was no verification e-mail, even if documents are missing, you will not receive an e-mail.
