The player from Australia provided required documents, however the casino claims there are still some missing documents without specifying which ones should player submit. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

After submitting every documents required for withdrawals,filefilethey still declined your withdrawal request saying you need to submit the documents. They will not state what documents you are missing and they will decline your withdrawal requests. The live support on the website never respond and this website only tries to scam the clients into depositing money and they will decline your withdrawal requests for not stating any reasons.
