The player from the UK has been waiting for his withdrawal for more than 2 weeks. We marked this complaint as resolved after the player confirmed he received the funds.

I have had two £500 withdrawals which disappeared from pending (presumably as they have been processed) 2 weeks ago on 11th October. Nothing has come through to my account and they have been largely unresponsive to my emails. When they have replied they have just said there is a delay because it’s a foreign transfer.
I am fully verified and have had successful withdrawals before, usually coming through the same day it disappears from pending, so I’m concerned. I know they have a bad reputation but didn’t realise beforehand.
I appreciate there may not be much you can do, but appreciate any help you could give.
