This wasn’t clear to me, as the conditions stated otherwise, and I received no information from the casino. So, on August 14th, I withdrew €100. Since the remaining €170 was still in my account on August 17th, I withdrew that amount separately. On August 18th, these two withdrawals were processed with the reason that I had violated the terms and conditions and was only allowed to withdraw €100. Which I had done. This amount now stood alone in the account. I withdrew it again on August 18th. Today, this withdrawal was canceled again without any reason. I am verified and used the payment method of my last deposit for the withdrawal. This is harassment.
