I will never this site as I had to request a cheque because they won't e transfer like every other site. I can't do a wire transfer as my bank won't allow it. I have called and spoke to 56 robots about me not being allowed on my account. I need to check the status and if anything else has to be uploaded. This is crap and I want my money asap so I can move on.

It's been approved but now I get a email saying you are are waiting on a free tracking number and it's going to be over 30 days. To be honest that is absolutely bull crap. A customer should not have to wait. Now I have to put my self at risk and download bitcoin that I have never used on my life. On your site it says if you make a mistake you will not get your funds. Me as a first time user of bitcoin may mistake. It's just your way of making more money and screwing the consumer. As for my account like I mentioned I can't get on and it says I do now exist and also just a side note.. if your going to have other countries using your site you should have a procedure in place so those countries do not have to listen to the excuses your company makes . Accommodate everyone. Also I would highly suggest secret shopping your own site. Make a profile , and ask multiple questions to multiple representatives and you will see they all have no clue what to do. After writing this is was brought to my attention that sites that use bitcoin know it's a scam. So basically once I receive it and something happens it's totally gone. So again my suspicion of your site is still at 1000 %

Dear AveryH,

Even a wire transfer may take up to 14 days to process if it's your first ever withdrawal from a casino. If the casino is having delays in check payments it is completely normal that it might take over 30 days. Since when is the withdrawal pending?

Everything has been approved but I am now out 700. I have asked them thousands of times about some bitcoin code and still no response. I can not get a solid answer. This is stupid I will never use online casinos again

To be fair I am questioning your role in this. I have to get a accurate answer and a proper response. It seems the training on here lacking as well. To steal from a customer it first of all against the law. Second to with hold Information is absolutely not right. What is your job ?

I also just found out that this casino has been recently blacklisted . So obviously there is something else going on behind the scenes that you are not aware offile
