I requested withdrawal by wire transfer on 02 August and have been told it was processed by Zenithslots.com/ClubSparky.com on 15 August. It is now 26 August and I contacted my bank yesterday and they said nothing has come in nor are there any pending transactions waiting to be released to me. I have requested who the relevant regulatory body responsible for their license is and they won't tell me. I'm pretty sure Zenithslots are the same company as Planet7. Aparently Zenithslots are the invitation only VIP site for Planet7. 3 days after I requested withdrawal, I was unable to log into my account and I wasn't receiving the reset password email. I was told I wasn't receiving the email because I had a yahoo account so they made me change it to my gmail adress. It was all a bit dodgy just 3 days after i requested withdrawal. Then on the 13th August, I received another VIPupgrade from Zenithslots to Clubsparky.com. The latest correspondence from the casinos was

"As we can see your withdrawal has been processed to the third-party processor which needs to transfer money from our account to yours. Since money left our account we don't have further information until those funds arrive in your bank, and the bank will process it immediately to your account." I am also now unable to view my transactions. It just loads & loads & loads.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Thanks for your response. Before I submitted this complaint this morning, I sent an email to the casino and funnily enough the funds appeared in my account today, so again, thanks for looking at my complaint but issue has been resolved. & after the research I did on Zenithslots and Clubsparky this morning I won't be playing at their casinos again. There is just no information on the internet about either of these casinos and after looking at other casinos they definitely lack all the licencing information that is supposed to be available to players.
