Unjustified complaint

REJECTED

Case summary

The player from the US had been refused a payment after redeeming several chips in a row at the casino. She had claimed that she was not warned or given a disclaimer about the rules of redeeming multiple Free Chips. However, we found that her winnings were solely accumulated from a Free Chip, making her eligible for a maximum cashout of $100, not the $630 she claimed. As no real money was lost when the casino confiscated her winnings, we had decided not to pursue the case further. The complaint was subsequently rejected.

Refusing to pay me because they allowed me to redeem multiple chips in a row. But it clearly says this is my withdrawalable amount

Dear SammieB03,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely.

  • Do I understand correctly that you redeemed several consecutive free bonuses in a row?
  • Have you placed any real money deposits in between?

If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it to petronela.k@casino.guru.

Meanwhile, I have checked the terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit Bonus is 1 time the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of $100. All free chips valued below $50 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100.
Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

This implies that if your winnings were generated exclusively from a free bonus, your maximum cashout is limited to $100. To qualify for these winnings, it is essential not to redeem consecutive free bonuses. Instead, you must insert a real money deposit between bonuses and utilize it for gameplay.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

The fact is that there was no transparency in this free chip offer and to have my account say "withdrawable" and "real balance" is $630 constitutes false advertising and misleading the consumer so they need to follow through.

While I completely agree that it would be advantageous to inform players that redeeming multiple Free Chips is not permitted, we won't be pursuing this case since no real money was lost when the casino confiscated your winnings. Furthermore, considering your winnings were solely accumulated from a Free Chip, I have adjusted the disputed amount from $630 to $100, which represents the maximum cashout available from any No Deposit bonus.

I wish I could be of more help. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. For the abovementioned reasons, I will now reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
