I won a Jackpot using a "no withdrawal limit, no playthrough" bonus on about mid april. I cashed out $2500; a week later I canceled the withdrawal and took $200 out but cashed out the balance of $2300. From that $200, I won approximately $1200 and cashed out $800 which now my 2 withdrawals total $3100.

I sent per request copies of Tax statement, Legal ID,copies front/back both credit cards I've used at the casino, Bank statement, etc. Everything they asksed I sent of which on about April 20th and on about April 23rd they were all approved.

Monday May 25th, I received an email from Michelle Johnson stating she needed my banking information since I wanted a bank wire. I sent Both banking information from B of A and Chase banks: bank address, my full name on accts, acct #, routing #, SWIFT #'s, my city/country of birth....I mean eveything they asked, I GAVE!

the next day Michelle states Planet 7 can't send bank wires to either bank, so I changed and asked for check to deposit. I checked with my bank

and they do accept international checks ( i have to pay a fee and it would take 7-10 bus days to process). Michelle states, well since they've never made a check deposit for me before,then they can't send a check now.

Well I've never won a DAMN thing before now!! She can't tell me what banks in the US they've made transactions before but I have to find a bank on my own. How do I know if Planet 7 can make transactions and I can't go around opening up all these accts and different banks with the hopes Planet 7 approves it.

She isn't trying to help at all, and what she says makes no sense at all.

I've played at Planet 7 for 2-3 years, never won anything until now, but I can't get my winnings. PLEASE HELP! I want to believe they are an honest casino but I get the feeling i've been scammed and further more if they can't use any US banks then don't accept US players.

PLEASE HELP!

PS I have Transaction # and all my emails from this Michelle Johnson person!

I would suggest contacting the casino and find out which payment method would be suitable for both sides. Maybe one of the e-wallets, such as Bitcoin, would be a good option for you. As i said in my complaint, Michelle gave me no other options. The Wire and Checks according to her is not an option for me. Well what is Bitcoin? I know nothing about it and how to proceed.

i have not been able to call and get anyone but only use the chat line. But no resolutions. I just wanna get another option to get my winnings and i can’t get a straight answer.

I am very sorry to hear about your problem with withdrawal. As there might be a problem with US banks I would recommend you try to withdraw via Bitcoin.
