The player from California had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed at that time. The player had reported having issues with the casino, claiming they had delayed the payment and given her different dates for the completion of the transaction. She had confirmed that her account was fully verified and that she had made successful withdrawals in the past with the help of our team. The player had been in a desperate need of the funds, as she was facing eviction. The casino had claimed that the payment was processed via Bitcoin on April 8th. However, the player did not respond to confirm the receipt of the payment, and hence, we were unable to conclude the case.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have made successful withdrawals before but not without your guys help they. Always try and screw me over which is why I took a couple years off from playing with them . Yes all of my paperwork and documentation have been verified. I accumulated them with a bonus. But I. Believe i am in a VIP class.

about a year and a half ago. They tried to give me the run around after the 14 days had passed. This is what they do. They want people to give up so they do t pay .

I use bitcoin always it’s the fastest and most reliable . But even that takes allot of time for them

ok let me explain this as best as possible . It was approved after 5 days and I was told another 7-10 days to send it. All of those time frames have passed. I have been told by several agents it will be here Monday for sure while others say give it another 72 hours. I’ve. Been evicted and I need this money to move me and my 17 year old son. It’s serious. They can’t keep messsing with me like this it’s not fair.. I have all the screen shots of all the conflicting. Stories . It’s mind boggling. I can email them all to you so you can see the games they play.
