Pinup is most less trusted casino i have ever seen. First of all i tell you my username is : 919099039551


I have requested my first withdrawal before 10 days using PAYTM payment processor. They told me to wait for 48 hrs to complete and it is automated processing and you will get your money within this time. Then after 48 completed not received anything so i contacted their customer care and they are so lazy responsive. Giving reply after 6-7 hrs waiting. Then i filed complained and they gave me ticket number and told me to wait for 72 hrs.


So in this hrs of 48 and 72 nothing we can do nor they can do. Everything is automatic. After 72 hrs i received my 20000 withdrawal back to my pinup account.


Then now again i placed new withdrawal on IMPS Processor (I though it is some technical problem in PAYTM) so i changed my withdrawal processor. Again same after 48 hrs not received my payment. So i complained and they again raise ticket for 72 hrs. Now right now when i am writing this is 50th Hr going on. Now i am sure after 72 hrs it will get refunded again.


Now after that new story will begin i am sure for that...


i am really worried about my payment because i do not know when they will give me payment and if not then they will give me or not .. i am sure they are having some glitch or they are cheating with their clients ..

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days to process a withdrawal request specially if it's your first one ever in the casino.
