I simply play and no problem. But one day i withdraw my blamce 54,440 . and after 4 hours open i shocked that my withdraw cancel and my blance 0 . after this i check story that somone use my whole blance in casino amd gone my money. I dont know who amd how. My account is full security . then how thia i think casino dont need to give my money withdraw so did this. After this i complain casino many time but they not give any solution and closed chat . this no 1 fraud site . my account email id b******@gmail.com

How much was the active balance when you logged out from your account? Could you please confirm that you haven't shared your login information with any third party? Have you access to your game history? Does it show that bets that you didn't make were made with your account? Could you provide a screenshot of your game history, transaction history, or any other supporting evidence? filesee their rule . clearly say refund will give if minor or any invidual access player account and misue with fund.but they not want to give refund and they break their rule

There is no way to prove it wasn't you who made the bets on roulette. We cannot proceed with the case based on the evidence you provided.
