Hi, I have an account on pinup Casino,where I have spent so much and most of the times I lost and sometimes I have made some withdrawals as well.


So this times I started winning on aviator and one slot game where I didn't use any bonuses but used my own money.


I thought withdraw my funds later, so I started piling it up thinking pinup is safe.


When I had over 1200000 Indian rupees in the account I thought I should start withdrawing. At first they asked me to reverify my profile which was already a verified profile. But I provided all details...they took a few days to make the withdrawals available to me, so when I had it, I made a withdrawal request which got cleared a small amount. And the I raised another request since it was my own winnings which I made by using my own deposit.


So they only cleared a very small amount and then blocked my profile .


When I asked why , they said I have violated there terms...they never tell me what exactly it was, just keep on repeating, i have violated there terms and account can not be unblocked.



I had lost everything and I was unable to withdraw. If they don't like anything the profile then at the very least I should be able to withdraw my funds if not play.

First of all I am a male not female .. secondly my profile verified when I started using pinup. Maybe around August or September my profile was fully verified.


Whenever I initiate a chat on pinup, they just tell me my account is blocked and it can not be unblocked in any way since I have violated there terms many times.


But I have not done anything wrong, all i did was trying to withdraw funds. To my legit account. They said I have not followed some clause of terms & conditions (6.3) which says if they find any unusual financial activity like, using any stolen card, making transaction to others accounts and few more,but I didn't do any of that. The account I used to withdraw, i already used that several times, it's just I never had such huge amount in the account so they never stopped it or even asked to reverify. When they saw that I have good amount of winnings and I am trying to withdraw then they just blocked me.
