The player's withdrawal is delayed since November for unknown reason. After our intervention, we were able to help the player to get their winnings. The player confirmed they received the funds in the end. The Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.

There have been so many instances of them giving me the runaround between paradise 8 and their sister site since october 2022, that its honestly impossible to keep track of. so the above number is the minimum amount in payouts i am still waiting on from october and november. They have communicated via email but there emails are vague, they don't put amounts in them, and they dont respond to direct questions.

i had a win of $836.49 on 10/31, they said with their rules their max cashout for me would be $300.49, which they said that they sent via wire on 12/20. In which they did not. I asked them about it and they said they would look into it and never got back to me. The deposit was $33 so if the max cashout was 10x the payout should have been $330, but i didnt receive any of anything from that win. And they just left it saying completed in there.


i also had another win of $136.18 that they converted to $100 in which i have not been paid out on.


There was also another payment of $100 that i have not been paid out on.


There is also a payout of $13`1.38 that i requested on 11/12 that i have not been paid out on.


in addition to these, i received multiple denials, not stating where it was from or the and basically every excuse of why not to pay out. This is why i asked for them to send a detailed account of all. Because they're handling of all is atrocious, and impossible to follow. The above 4 is the last of them, which i have stayed on top of with no luck in receiving any of it. This has been a horrible experience with both of their casinos.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

yes, i dont recall the verification date but most likely over the summer and i did receive a payout from both sites on requests before these. i used bonuses for my winnings. paradise 8 sent me an email on Wed, after i contacted you on this stating that my $836 payout wasnt valid bc there wasnt enough funds left over. when i ask them how that is possible they dont respond. they had changed it from $836 to $300 then labeled it as being sent via wire already, in which it was not. and now they are saying there isnt enough funds and they can put it back in my account. i won $836, if the max cashout was 10x a $33 deposit than how is there not enough funds? I ask them for clarification and they disappear as per usual. they will not speak in facts or specifics in emails. just generalities. they also sent me another email, not addressing which payout theyre speaking on but said only players that had real play within the past 30 days are eligible to withdraw funds. I had plenty of real play within 30 days when i had requested each of these deposits, but havent deposited in 30 days bc they are not sending me my payouts.

this is the issue. i've asked them for complete transparency non stop. they dont have an option to show the bonus info, and all they do is basically say no with every win, give a ridiculous reason, but wont say which win, wont say the amount of the win, or the details of the denial. then i can email them multiple times asking these questions and they say nothing.they will not provide accurate details and its impossible to track it bc its like they make up their rules as they go

They have been emailing me from both paradise 8 and davinci. but once again, they are not providing all the info, so i respond and ask more questions so i know how to go about all, and they dont respond in the email chain. they then send separate emails with information that i have no idea which one they are referring to. this is maddening. i would hope that paradise will lay out all the specifics and details here so that i can do something with the information instead of getting bits and pieces of different payouts in different emails. this is the information that i would hope they can provide so i have an idea of what they are doing.

maximum payout allowed

for each of the above payout requests. i'm not sure why this is so difficult for them to put in an email for me.

I have not heard back from Paradise 8 Casino yet, I will give a "nudge" to the casino rep. again and will extend the timer for additional 7 days, to give this case more time to get resolved. 

If the casino fails to respond or provide the evidence in the set time frame, we will be forced close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which will have a negative impact on the casino rating.

First, I have asked the other account managers to always forward me emails from you, so we can have our communication there.


As for the withdrawal you have in processing, it simply was not processed and completed due to the no wager bonus that you claimed, which is getting deducted from the initial withdrawal amount, and therefore creating a lesser amount than $100 to send over (100 is the minimum withdrawal amount).


I will make sure to make an exception for you and send the minimum over the weekend and hopefully resolve it.


As for the $300 Wire you claim has not been received, I already contacted our finance department to look into it and we will continue following up until is received.

I suggest we communicate via emails through our support box, and if we failed to solve the issue, you are more than welcome to re-open this complaint and share your experience.

As mentioned in our previous post, except for the $300 Wire transfer which is still being checked by our finance department, and if needed will be sent to you via Bitcoin, there are no additional withdrawals in processing.

According to the response from Paradise 8 Casino, it appears that all previous withdrawals have been processed and only the $300 withdrawal is still outstanding. Please check on your side if you are missing any other payments from the casino apart from the $300 that has yet to be processed.

So if I understand it correctly, the requirement of the minimum withdrawal amount was not fulfilled for those withdrawals. Only the $300 withdrawal is still outstanding, but I would rather ask Eugene / Paradise 8 Casino to clarify this.

Yes, Michal, You are correct.


Jaime, the withdrawals you are mentioning have been paid to you. Please note that although the original request appears as 'canceled' on your cashier due to an adjustment made by the finance department, the corrected amount after adjustment was added to your cashier and appears as 'completed'.


For example, we already solved here, in this thread, the original request of $131.38 you are referring to. It was adjusted and sent, appears as $100 completed in your cashier, and you confirmed you indeed received it in your Bitcoin wallet.
