Requested my withdrawal on Monday April 18th and it still not processed. They claim as long as they have all your documents verified (which they do it’s not my first payment) they will have you paid out in 1-7 days and they try to payout as fast as they can to provide good service. Well we are on day 8 and I can’t even get someone to respond to me on chat anymore.

However, I will set the timer for additional 4 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Tuesday, we will intervene. According to their representative they have already picked the accounts that will be paid out today and mine is not one of them so today being 2 weeks now and I still won’t be paid can we continue?
