The player from Alabama has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
My account was verified 2 days after request. They said everything was good and I would get my funds. Still nothing. The first live chat told me 1-7 days. I waited 7 days and then the next live chat told me 5-18 days.

Yes, I had two withdrawal requests, one for 100.00 and another for 250.00. The casino made right on the 100.00 request as I got that withdrawal in 6 days. The 250.00 request is still not completely full filled. Yesterday they sent me 100.00 if it. Now why would they only send part of the withdrawal with no explanation as to why they haven't sent the other 150.00 if it. This is completely unnecessary. I like this casino and would love to keep doing business with them if they would just make right what's right. I think they were just hoping I'd go away if they sent me part of it but that's not how this works, trust me I've lost 100 times more than I've won so we know who comes out on top. I just want the right thing to be done. I'm not trying to slander the casino, like I said, I like them. Just do what's right! Thank you! Superfly52.
