What do I do when verification is suppose to be 3-5 days but it's going on 2 weeks and going to be a month soon? Do they have a verification deadline

They asked for only ID pictures, and one with me holding the ID. I emailed them on the 8th and its still no response. Support tells me wait a week & instantly ends chat
