An Austrian player had approximately €100 in their casino account that they were unable to withdraw due to only one inactive withdrawal method being displayed. The player also noted that the live chat feature was never available and their emails were not receiving any response. After the player reported the issue, the casino changed the website design and added more withdrawal methods. However, the player still hadn't received the payout or any response from the casino. We attempted to mediate the issue, but the casino didn't respond to our efforts. As a result, the complaint was closed as unresolved, affecting the casino's overall rating.
