Hello!


I make wintdrawal in nomini casino 16.06 three times 400 eur and i had still on my account 383 eur. They have regulation that i can make max 500 eur per time and max 3 times in day, but there was error and i make 400 eur 3 times. every day in live chat i had information that my withdrawal was confirmed and i they have technical problems and i no need to worry today, tomarrow, as soon as posible i get my money. The financial depertament not respoding. Today i loggin in my nomini account and my withdrawal was canceled... in live chat by reasen they telling that it was cancelled by the payment provider and i need again make request my witdrawal with lower amount. when i was asking shoud i need waiting again 10 days and still didnt get my money, they just told me make again withdrawal request again

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? What payment method did you use to withdraw and did you try to request through another provider?

Please also note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

The screenshot you provided states that the payment is pending only since 27.6. Is it the second payout request after the first one was canceled?
