I had been playing at NitrogenSports -- now Nitrobetting -- for approximately a decade. I carried a balance of just over 1BTC there after a fortunately timed and significant drawdown in funds posted at the book late last year. Most recently (January?) I was able to make withdrawals of 1.5BTC, up to 6BTC per month, without too much hassle.
More recently I was informed I would be required to deposit 1mBTC and perform a 1x rollover to activate my account for withdrawals for some nonsense reason. I did this, and then was asked to go through a KYC process (certainly not anonymous anymore!). I completed that immediately, giving them photos of myself, my drivers license, and a recent utility bill (yes, I am an idiot). I waited *fifteen* business days for "management approval" to have withdrawals activated, growing increasingly annoyed at their lack of communication, occasionally receiving nothing for days at a time. I was finally allowed to withdraw approximately 5% of my balance (incurring a 5% withdrawal fee on the amount).
I asked them what my withdrawal limits were. I received nothing in response. I submitted another withdrawal request, which was rejected after 48 hours. The security team claimed it was done by mistake, and to submit another request. From the moment I received that email, I have no longer been able login to my account, and so I can only assume it's been deactivated or disabled. The chat representatives and customer service managers via email (all typically with a new name every time throughout much of this saga!) tell new and frequently very absurd lies that can be immediately contradicted by something else they've recently said. Now I hear "my case has been escalated," that they will "ensure [my] case is reviewed thoroughly", and that they "will provide [me] with clear and consistent updates." Obviously none of that has happened or will happen.
I have been making noise on SBR. I had been making noise in their Telegram group channel (which has now been wiped of my messages and locked to admin-only posting). I am now making noise here and with other review sites. I have plenty of screenshots and emails from them (attached). To the administrators of this site: don't punish others by leaving that review up. It needs to be taken down ASAP, and the book needs to be condemned.
