Nitro casino took all my winnings, and also my deposits!! Because i used to have addiction, and 10 months ago i ask their sister site 21.com to close my account. I had no idea nitro casino is the same company. And they let me to register a new account with the same details!! Only my phone number was different, but my name, my email adress, place, date of birth was the same. After i initiated a withdrawal, they closed my account and lied to me for 3 day, im gonna get my winnings. After 3 days struggling, they told me im not gonna get my winnings , they eill send my deposits back. Later on that day. They told me, they also deny to pay my deposits back, because i bypassed their terms. They are just thieves. Beware!!!!

Could you please advise when did you create your account at Nitro Casino? How many times and in what sum did you deposit into the casino? Since when is your account closed? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if you've been self excluded, the casino has the right to void any winnings and refund only the deposited amount if all of you details were really matching with the ones that were excluded.

I opened my account 29th of october i deposited 3 times 9.000 huf 6.000 huf and 5.000 huf. I won 350.000 huf on the same day. I requested a withdrawal, than 2 days later they closed my account and refused to pay me back at least! my deposits. I never had a registration at nitro casino before, I had only at 21.com, with the same details, name, date of birth, place of birth, email adress, only there was a small difference in my street adress, because sometimes i dont put my door number there, but the zip code, the town, the country, and the street adress was the same.

As long as you are self excluded, you are not eligible for any winnings. In such cases the casino should refund your deposited amount but nothing more.
