The player from Malta had won 600€ but experienced a delayed withdrawal. Despite having his KYC documents verified, the withdrawal process had exceeded the stated 24-hour timeframe. Additionally, the casino's customer service had ceased communication with the player. The player had waited for five days and had provided evidence of his attempts to contact the casino. We had reached out to the casino for a response but had not received one. We had marked the complaint as 'unresolved', which could have negatively affected the casino's rating. Despite our efforts, the issue remained unresolved due to the casino's lack of response and cooperation.

I will give you a brief of what is happening. I had managed to win around 600eu with a 30eu deposit. They requested full KYC which I had sent. It took 5 days to verify the documents….I requested a withdrawal and they stated 24 hours, which now it had been 4 full days. They are always stating by end of business day, which it never comes. On live chat they have stopped responding to me and leave me in the queue. I created a new account with a vpn and asked a question and they replied back to me ( i did this to confirm if they are ignoring my IP) which resulted in this. 


when I checked here the company all have bad reviews with the same thing that happened to me..

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Thank you for your message, KYC verified and the withdrawal has not yet been processed. I have already waited 5 days and the customer support just stopped replying to me. Reading some previous issues with this casino, this seems a scam. Look the attached it happened just now as soon they know its an account that has a pending withdrawal they will not reply..

Also as attached, the withdrawals get cancelled as soon as I go on chat, they always tell me it gets cancelled as there are alot pending in the queue ( which is something I never heard of)

This happened this morning, so I texted them using my account which last nearly an hour without a response during the same time I logged from my pc and went on chat inquiring about kyc withdrawals ect to my surprise haha they had responded promptly. See attached

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Will you be able to mark this casino as fraud? The casino is not going to reply.. attached I made a WD of 100 to Crypto ( was trying my luck on another withdrawal method) and has been pending from the 15th, the casino stops responding and its a clear fraud. I checked other forums as well and everyone with the same complaints , I haven’t seen someone make a review that they have been paid also they advise you to make a positive review on them for some free spins lol

They continue to reject my transactions daily 😂 Can we make sure that this is flagged as fraud on your site so we can prevent other players from depositing to this casino. According to all reviews done are all the same and similar. I cannot find a player that had managed to withdraw. file

Dear innikku420, unfortunately, I haven't heard from the casino representative for a while and I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from their side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
